(1st) First Amendment

(2nd) Second Amendment

(4th) Fourth Amendment

(5th) Fifth Amendment

A citizen cannot be forced to incriminate themselves, nor can a citizen fall into double jeoparty with criminal charges

(6th) Six Amendment

A citizen has the right to a speedy and fair trial, the right to a public attorney, and to represent themselves in court

(7th) Seven Amendment

Civil court cases have the right to request a jury

(8th) Eigth Amendment

A criminal cannot face cruel or unusual punishments for their crimes

(9th) Nineth Amendment

The government and citizens have the authority or rights for certain things, even if not directly declared in the constitution

(10th) Tenth Amendment

Subjects not in the constitution are up to the states' interpretation

(11th) Eleventh Amendment

Federal courts cannot hear all lawsuits against states, and states may not hear all lawsuits against themselves if federal laws are involved
